Piñon is quintessential “New American” cuisine. “New American” cuisine allows many opportunities to be creative and to follow culinary trends while pairing new and interesting flavor profiles with classic favorites. Our menu is representative of the many cultures and foods that have over time become adopted into the American mainstream or in some cases, have long been considered to be classically American. The culinary flexibility of New American cuisine allows us to create food that our guests will remember and return for.
We have a freshly prepared variety of food presented simply and impeccably. Our food offerings are always straight forward in presentation and have a general trend towards fresh, organic, and locally grown where possible. Our expression of New American cuisine although contemporary, is always classically delicious.
Our beverage offerings are prepared with freshly squeezed fruit and organic vegetable juices with made in house mixes to create a unique selection of signature beverages and cocktails.
Our wine list is a generous mix of varietals consisting of over 80 brands that have been selected to graciously accompany our food offerings and enhance your dining experience. They are on display throughout the restaurant and can be readily viewed best in our temperature controlled wine room adjacent to the bar.
